Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor network performance and health using advanced tools, identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact users.
- Implement, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and security across the infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network outages and performance degradations, minimizing downtime and restoring services rapidly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and support new network solutions and upgrades.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 1-5 years of hands-on experience in network operations or a similar technical role.
Proven expertise in routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) and switching technologies.
Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix) and packet analysis.
