Roles & Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photorealistic interior and architectural renders.

• Develop accurate 3D models from AutoCAD drawings, sketches, and design concepts.

• Prepare concept visuals, mood images, presentation renders, and marketing-quality imagery.

• Create still renders, walkthrough animations, and presentation visuals.

• Coordinate with Interior Designers to ensure approved design intent is accurately represented.

• Apply realistic lighting, materials, textures, furniture, landscaping, and post-production techniques.

• Complete revisions efficiently while maintaining consistency across all project views.

• Optimize modeling and rendering workflows without compromising quality.

• Maintain the company's 3D asset library, materials, textures, and project files.

• Integrate AI-assisted visualization tools into rendering workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or related field. Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer/V-Ray, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Lumion/D5 Render/Unreal Engine. Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Adobe Firefly and ChatGPT. Proven experience in luxury residential, hospitality, retail and commercial visualization. Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic rendering, modeling and post-production.
