Roles & Responsibilities

DOH Registered Nurse (RN) for deployment at a construction site in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will provide on-site medical support, emergency care, and occupational health services while ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.

• Assess, stabilize, and manage injured employees before referral to hospitals when required.

• Monitor workers' health and maintain accurate medical records.

• Conduct routine health assessments and health awareness activities.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

• Coordinate emergency response procedures and ambulance services.

• Maintain first aid equipment, medicines, and medical supplies.

• Prepare daily medical reports and incident documentation.

• Support workplace health promotion and preventive healthcare initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid DOH Registered Nurse (RN) License (Mandatory).

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

• 2–5 years of nursing experience (Construction Site/Industrial/Occupational Health experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of emergency response, trauma care, and first aid.

• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Own Visa preferred (Visit Visa candidates may also apply).

• Immediate joining preferred.
  

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Construction Site)

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month

Working Hours: 10 Hours/Day
