Roles & Responsibilities


1.Designation: Senior Project Engineer E & I


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling the projects right from the award through the execution till close out & handing over.

  • Review & analyze project SOW, specifications, developing work schedules, and delegating tasks to different team members.

  • Preparation & Review basic and detailed engineering design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.

  • Provide support and advice to the Project Manager with regards to project engineering issues and resources during all phases of the project.

  • Responsible for Project execution and timely completion of project as per project schedule and within the budget allocated.

  • Interface with the various Engineering disciplines and Drafting team as well as other projects, project functions and vendors to deliver assigned work scope.

  • Conduct & attend meetings with Client, Vendors & Contractors on an ongoing basis regarding project objectives and progress.

  • Day to day correspondence with Client, Vendor, Site etc.

  • Preparation and Review of various Engineering Deliverables.

  • Raise Clarification & Deviations.

  • Floating enquiry, review quotations, coordinate with the vendor for any technical clarification required.

  • Analysis quotations received to ensure compliance with the specification.

  • Carryout onshore and offshore Site Visit, Survey & Data Collection as required.

  • Monitor, gather, analyze, review & report Project Progress to Client & Management.

  • Reviews and evaluates with the Project Manager the progress of vendors and contracts at site and in Yard (as applicable) under project controls and for payment approvals.

  • Manage Site Execution including the Sub-contractors in a manner to achieve quality installations and meet performance parameters set out in the SOW.

  • Monitor & Co-ordinate Day to Day site construction activities.

  • Attend FAT, SAT and provide commissioning assistance as necessary.

  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

  • Prepares interim and completion project reports.

  • Contribute in the tender preparation, bid evaluation and contract award processes in accordance with Company s policies to ensure corporate objectives are met.

  • Review and provide input to the QA/QC procedures.

  • Familiarize with Marine & vessel operations management of offshore campaign spread, Project & Interface Management of offshore project.

  • Undergo required trainings.

  • Comply to Company and Client HSE policy and regulation.

  • Alert any HSE and policy violations.

  • Comply to Company rules & regulation.

  • Comply to UAE law & regulation.

  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

  • Analysis quotations received to ensure compliance with the specification.

  • Site Survey & Data Collection

  • Attend Meetings

  • Attending FAT, SAT

  • Commissioning assistance

  • Assist Tender Team as and when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with Minimum 14-20 years of relevant experience in a professional technical capacity and minimum 5-8years’ experience in EPC Oil and Gas projects.

Experience:

  • E&I Project Engineer: 10 years (Preferred)


2.Designation : Sr.Planning Engineer E&I


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive planning packages, including WBS, baseline project L3/L4 schedules, Engineering Documents Deliverables Register (EDDR), progress measurement systems, S-curves, manpower histograms, project calendars, critical path analyses, and recovery plans.

  • Develop and maintain EPC implementation schedules in Primavera.

  • Update and maintain accurate schedules, progress statistics, and S-curves, while preparing forecasts and trend analyses.

  • Act as the focal point for engineering discipline leads on scheduling and progress issues.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

  • Analyse project risks and develop effective mitigation plans.

  • Recognize and report potential project issues to management in all phases of the project.

  • Review and understand all relevant project documentation, including scope of services, contract conditions, and project execution plans.

  • Assist management in decision-making and perform support functions as needed.

  • Knowledge about Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

  • Conduct resource planning and forecasting for projects and activities.

  • Utilize planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to create, update, and maintain project schedules.

  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members, clients, and consultants.

  • Address stakeholder concerns and provide timely updates on project status and issues.

Prepare payment applications and delay/EOT letters


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 7-8 years of experience in ADNOC projects, with a solid understanding of ADNOC project control requirements.

  • Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, particularly in the EPC industry.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excell.

  • Strong understanding of delay analysis, EOT claims.
