Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
To manage and grow the company’s relationships with strategically important B2B customers within the HORECA/Key Accounts in Retail/F&B Industry. The Sales executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Manage and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and propose relevant solutions.
Sales Execution:
Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
Coordinate with supply chain to ensure inventory availability and timely replenishment.
Market Intelligence:
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
Provide feedback and insights to sales and marketing teams for strategic planning.
Reporting:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales databases
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3–8 years’ experience in UAE across various sectors. F&B, FMCG, HORECA sectors preferred.
Must have UAE driving License
