Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive QAQC plans that align with project specifications and industry standards.
Conduct detailed inspections and audits of materials, processes, and final products to identify defects and ensure compliance.
Lead root cause analysis for non-conformities and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with project teams to define quality metrics and performance indicators for continuous improvement.
Experience in Civil Construction projects in UAE mandatory
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field to demonstrate foundational knowledge in QAQC principles.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive QAQC experience in construction
Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards to ensure compliance with international benchmarks.
