Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Executive to manage and grow key retail accounts for our luggage, handbags, travel accessories, and fashion accessories business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling modern trade, department stores, hypermarkets, and major retail chains, with a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive sustainable sales growth.

 

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow key retail accounts, distributors, and modern trade customers across the UAE.

  • Achieve sales targets by increasing product listings, distribution, and account profitability.

  • Build strong customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements and promotional activities.

  • Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and coordinate timely order fulfillment.

  • Identify new business opportunities and provide market and competitor insights.

  • Ensure timely payment collections and submit regular sales and account performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE Key Account or Modern Trade sales experience in luggage, handbags, travel accessories, or lifestyle retail.

  • Strong relationships with UAE retailers, distributors, and key retail chains.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and account management skills.

  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
