Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of joinery production, ensuring smooth workflow from raw material to finished product.
  • Manage and motivate the joinery team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee joinery products meet superior standards.
  • Develop and optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines consistently.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Education: Diploma, ITI, or Secondary School Certificate.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the joinery industry.

  • Hold relevant certifications in joinery, woodworking, or production management.

  • Demonstrate 2 years of progressive supervision experience in joinery production, with a strong track record.

  • Proven expertise in operating and maintaining various woodworking machinery and CNC equipment.
