Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Management
Manage all finance and accounting operations across the Group.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE Corporate Tax, and VAT regulations.
Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Perform financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to Executive Management.
Monitor profitability and financial performance of each subsidiary.
Prepare consolidated financial reports for the Group.
Treasury & Banking
Manage cash flow planning and liquidity requirements.
Maintain banking relationships and negotiate banking facilities.
Monitor fund transfers between group entities.
Oversee foreign currency transactions where applicable.
Ensure effective working capital management.
Supervise payment approvals and treasury controls.
Accounting
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Ensure timely bank reconciliations.
Review general ledger entries and month-end closing.
Monitor fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
Maintain accurate accounting records.
Supervise payroll accounting.
Taxation & Compliance
Manage Corporate Tax compliance.
Manage VAT registration, filings, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
Ensure statutory compliance across all group entities.
Maintain accounting policies and internal financial procedures.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare financial models and investment evaluations.
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and acquisitions.
Prepare management dashboards and KPI reports.
Analyse project profitability and return on investment.
Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
Leadership
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Develop departmental KPIs.
Improve finance processes through automation and technology.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure financial discipline.
Support strategic business planning and executive decision-making.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
MBA in Finance is an advantage.

Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of finance and accounting experience.
At least 3–5 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
UAE experience is mandatory.
Experience in holding companies or multi-entity organizations is preferred.
Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or investment sectors is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of IFRS.
Strong understanding of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems.
