Role Description The AI Architect is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end AI system architectures, including data pipelines, model deployment strategies, and integration with existing platforms. The AI Architect will collaborate with software developers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to define technical requirements, select appropriate tools and frameworks, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable. Daily activities include creating architectural diagrams, reviewing code and design proposals, overseeing integration of AI agents into production environments, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves coordinating with project management to align delivery timelines, managing technical risks, and continuously improving architecture standards and best practices. Qualifications Strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills for complex, distributed AI systems. Hands-on Software Development experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. Expertise in Integration, including APIs, microservices, and connecting AI agents to enterprise systems. Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication. Experience designing and deploying AI or ML solutions (e.g., agent frameworks, model serving, orchestration). Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization/orchestration tools. Knowledge of data engineering concepts, security best practices, and performance optimization for AI workloads. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly, and document technical decisions.
