Key Responsibilities Execute preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities for buildings, preferably transmission substations, while ensuring compliance with all safety standards. Inspect, maintain, and repair civil infrastructure to ensure operational reliability. Apply sound knowledge of building design, specifications, and maintenance practices. Coordinate maintenance activities and maintain accurate records using relevant systems, preferably SAP. Requirements Proven experience in civil maintenance of buildings with a reputed construction or maintenance company. Thorough knowledge of building design, specifications, and civil maintenance practices. Experience in maintenance of transmission substations will be an added advantage. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). Good computer proficiency; experience with SAP is preferred. Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
