- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and providing tailored recommendations for food and beverage selections.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring each drink meets the establishment's quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Efficiently take and process orders using point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; barista certification preferred for specialized coffee expertise.
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment, with a focus on both waiting and barista tasks.
- Previous experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for diverse customer engagement.
