Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Business Analyst role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and aligning system configuration with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting workshops and interviews, creating user stories and functional specifications, collaborating with Salesforce administrators and developers, and supporting testing, user training, and post-deployment reviews. The analyst will also help ensure data quality, support adoption of new features, and contribute to continuous optimization of Salesforce across the business.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Business Analysis skills, including experience gathering and documenting Business Requirements and mapping Business Processes. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate process performance, and recommend improvements. Candidates should possess Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, configuration, and familiarity with standard Salesforce objects and features. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience working on Salesforce implementation or enhancement projects, ideally within a consulting or multi-client environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional and cultural boundaries. Ability to create clear documentation, such as process flows, requirements specifications, and training materials. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst) are an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
