Experience in Infrastructure Field (RTA, DEWA etc projects)
Lead and manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and quality standards on-site.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
Allocate tasks to team members based on skills and project requirements, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or related industry, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA, First Aid, or specific trade certifications are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and tools is essential for effective oversight.
