Responsible to compile the master production plan to satisfy customer demand.
Manage, modify and adapt the master production plan due to engineering changes and material shortages.
Maintain the master production plan with process data collected from reliable sources.
Ensure the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System is aligned and reflects the most recent information.
Ensure material and supply planners are aligned with the master production plan to ensure accurate material
resource planning (MRP).
Plan, direct and schedule resources to ensure maximum performance in production with minimal delays.
Forecast resources requirements such as manpower, equipment and material to satisfy future production demand.
Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
Compile monthly KPI’s through credible information from various departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
(Minimum) 3 – 5 Years planning and scheduling multiple projects with a proven track record of delivering results. Experienced in using MRP software.
(Mandatory) Experienced SAP user in Production Planning (PP) and
(Preferred) Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
(Minimum) Bachelor’s Degree, Fluent in English.
(Preferred) 7+ years of industry and regional related experience in planning and scheduling multiple projects
3-5 years of experience in production or material planning / Engineering degree (preferred) – aeronautical, mechanical, electrical and industrial ; 2nd option- finance or commerce
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering).
Material Planner / Production Planner: 3–5 years of experience in production or material planning.
Senior Material Planner: 5–8 years of experience in production or material planning.
Experience within the aerospace, automotive, defence, or equipment manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with SAP is required.
