Job Details

  1. Lead and implement HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.

  2. Ensure compliance with legal, client, and company HSE requirements.

  3. Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and HSE audits.

  4. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.

  5. Review JSA, Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW).

  6. Monitor contractor HSE performance.

  7. Develop HSE reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.

  8. Conduct HSE inductions, training, and competency programs.

  9. Promote environmental protection, waste management, and pollution prevention.

  10. Drive continuous improvement and safety culture initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Science.

  • NEBOSH Diploma / CSP / CMIOSH or equivalent certification.

  • ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or Incident Investigation certification is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of HSE experience in the Port/Marine sector.

  • Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the Middle East.

  • Minimum 3 years as an HSE Manager.

  • Experience in port operations, audits, emergency response, and incident investigations.
