Job Description:

  1. Quotation Preparation:

    • Perform quantity take-offs.

    • Follow up with vendors for material pricing.

    • Submit quotations accurately on time.


  1. Client Follow-Up:

    • Follow up with clients to determine the status of submitted quotations.

    • Obtain confirmations through LOA/SCA/LPO.


  1. Project Monitoring:

    • Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits as needed to get updates on project progress.


  1. Payment Applications:

    • Prepare and submit payment applications accurately.


  1. Certification Follow-Up:

    • Follow up with clients for certification.

    • Address and respond to any comments related to certification.


  1. Invoice Management:

    • Prepare and submit invoices.


  1. LPO Management:

    • Prepare LPOs and follow up on delivery.


  1. MSRA Management:

    • Prepare and submit MSRAs.


  1. Sample Board Coordination:

    • Follow up with manufacturers for sample boards and ensure timely submission to the project.


  1. Subcontractor Engagement:

    • Engage subcontractors for work, including finalization and agreement preparation.

    • Ensure terms and conditions are in accordance with company policy.


  1. Subcontractor Certification:

    • Certify subcontractors promptly.

    • Resolve certification issues by providing clear explanations.


  1. Client Communication:

    • Respond to all client-related communications in a timely manner.


  1. Documentation:

    • Maintain proper documentation of all work, both physically and digitally.


  1. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research and explore opportunities for new work.


  1. Any other work which may assign time to time.


Note: This position required atleast 2 years of UAE fulltime Experience as a quantity surveyor.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor who can accurately prepare quantity take-offs using PlanSwift or AutoCAD, has an established Dubai/UAE subcontractor and supplier network, is proficient in Excel, and possesses excellent organizational skills.
