Shovel / JCB Operator

• Safely operate heavy equipment at construction and industrial sites.

• Carry out daily pre-start inspections and report any mechanical defects.

• Load, unload, excavate, level and move materials as instructed.

• Ensure equipment is operated efficiently while following all safety regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned machine and complete basic daily maintenance checks.

• Coordinate with supervisors, site personnel and other operators to ensure smooth operations.

Heavy Truck Driver

• Safely transport heavy equipment, construction materials and machinery to various project sites across the UAE.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip.

• Ensure proper loading, securing and unloading of cargo.

• Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.

• Maintain trip records and promptly report any accidents, breakdowns or maintenance issues.

• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good operating condition.

We are a well-established heavy equipment rental and transport company in Dubai and are currently looking to hire experienced Shovel Operators, JCB Operators, and Heavy Truck Drivers to join our team.

Eligibility

• Gulf/UAE work experience is mandatory.

• Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence (for Truck Driver position).

• Valid UAE equipment operator licence/certification (where applicable).

• Good knowledge of safe operating practices.

• Basic understanding of English. Arabic is an advantage.

• Applicants from nationalities other than Indian and Pakistani are encouraged to apply in line with our workforce diversity requirements.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 per month

Employment Terms

• Appointment is subject to the availability of an employment visa and the validity of all required documents in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.

• The company reserves the right to complete all necessary background and document verification before employment.

• Notice Period (Company): 1 month in case of termination by the company.

• Notice Period (Employee): 3 months in case of resignation by the employee.
