للانحفاظ على أنظمة الكهرباء في المصانع وتحسينها، والمحركات، ولوحات التحكم، ومخفضات التردد المتغيرة، وأجهزة الاستشعار، والمناولات، والشاشات، ومغذيات الحبوب، وأنظمة غرفة الغبار والمعدات العملية المرتبطة بها من أجل تقليل فترات التوقف، دعم العمليات المستمرة، وضمان أن يتم تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقاً لمتطلبات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة، والمصنع والموقع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
· إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية على معدات وأنظمة الكهرباء في المصانع.
· فحص، وتشخيص الأخطاء، وإصلاح المحركات، ولوحات MCC، دوائر التحكم، والمعدات التي يتحكم بها PLC، وأجهزة الاستشعار، والمفاتيح، والأسلاك، وأجهزة الحقل.
· صيانة أنظمة الكهرباء للمناولات، والشاشات الاهتزازية، والمغذيات، والمطاحن حيثما ينطبق، والمعدات الدوارة، ووحدات جمع الغبار، وضواغط الهواء، وأنظمة مرافق المصنع.
· تشخيص الأعطال باستخدام الرسومات الكهربائية، والمخططات، والدلائل، وأدوات الاختبار، وواجهات البرمجيات.
· تركيب، وإنهاء، واختبار، وتكليف الأسلاك الكهربائية، واللوحات، والإضاءة، ومعدات المصنع وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.
· مراقبة حالة وأداء مكونات الكهرباء لتحديد الأعطال المحتملة قبل حدوث العطل.
· دعم صيانة التوقف، والاستجابة للأعطال، والأنشطة التشغيلية لسرعة ورفع جاهزية تشغيل المصنع بطريقة آمنة.
· التنسيق مع عمليات التشغيل، والصيانة الميكانيكية، والمشرفين لتخطيط الإصلاحات وتحسين موثوقية المعدات.
· الحفاظ على معايير النظافة في الورش، وغرف الكهرباء، ومناطق MCC، ومناطق تشغيل المصنع.

المؤهلات والخبرة
· دبلوم، أوITI، أو مؤهل تقني معادل في الهندسة الكهربائية، صيانة كهربائية، أو مهنة ذات صلة من مؤسسة معترف بها.
· خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 2+ سنوات في صيانة الكهرباء الصناعية، ويفضل في مصانع العمليات الجافة، ومعالجة الرمل، والكسارات، والأسمنت، والركام، والتعدين، والتصنيع، أو بيئات صناعية ثقيلة مشابهة.
· خبرة عملية مع المحركات، و MCCs، وVFDs، ومعدات يتحكم بها PLC، ولوحات الطاقة والتحكم، وأجهزة الحقل، وواجهات القياس الأساسية.
· القدرة على قراءة وتفسير مخططات الخط الواحد، والمخططات الكهربائية، ورسومات الحلقة، والدلائل الفنية.
· معرفة جيدة بممارسات الصيانة الوقائية، واكتشاف العطل، وتحليل السبب الجذري، وإجراءات العزل الآمنة.
· الإلمام بأنظمة التصريح بالعمل، ومتطلبات الإغلاق/الضعط، وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة في الموقع.
· خبرة العمل في بيئات المصانع المغبرة وذات الحرارة العالية وفي الهواء الطلق أمر أساسي.
· ستكون الخبرة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو الخليج ميزة. ويفضل معرفة اللغة الإنجليزية للاتصالات في مكان العمل والتقارير الصيانة.
To maintain and optimize plant electrical systems, motors, control panels, variable frequency drives, sensors, conveyors, screens, feeders, baghouse systems, and associated process equipment in order to minimize downtime, support continuous operations, and ensure all work is performed in line with company, manufacturer, and site safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant electrical equipment and systems.
· Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair motors, MCC panels, control circuits, PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, switches, cabling, and field devices.
· Maintain electrical systems for conveyors, vibrating screens, feeders, crushers where applicable, rotary equipment, dust collection units, air compressors, and plant utility systems.
· Diagnose faults using electrical drawings, schematics, manuals, testing instruments, and software interfaces.
· Install, terminate, test, and commission electrical wiring, panels, lighting, and plant equipment in accordance with approved procedures.
· Monitor the condition and performance of electrical components to identify potential failures before breakdowns occur.
· Support shutdown maintenance, breakdown response, and startup activities to restore plant operations quickly and safely.
· Coordinate with operations, mechanical maintenance, and supervisors to plan repairs and improve equipment reliability.
· Maintain good housekeeping standards in workshops, electrical rooms, MCC areas, and plant operating zones.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience
· Diploma, ITI, or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a related trade from a recognized institution.
·Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in dry process plants, sand processing, quarry, cement, aggregates, mining, manufacturing, or similar heavy industrial environments.
· Practical hands-on experience with motors, MCCs, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, power and control panels, field devices, and basic instrumentation interfaces.
· Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, loop drawings, and technical manuals.
· Good knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, fault finding, root cause analysis, and safe isolation procedures.
· Familiarity with permit-to-work systems, lockout/tagout requirements, and site HSE procedures.
· Experience working in dusty, high-temperature, and outdoor plant environments is essential.
· UAE or GCC experience will be an advantage. Knowledge of English for workplace communication and maintenance reporting is preferred.
