Job Description: • Lead all operational, leasing, tenant relations, facilities management, and administrative functions for a premium Grade A commercial property within DIFC. • Oversee leasing performance, occupancy management, contractor supervision, maintenance operations, and service delivery standards. • Ensure full compliance with DIFC regulations, UAE Free Zone requirements, property management policies, and operational best practices. • Manage budgets, contracts, procurement activities, stakeholder relationships, and initiatives that enhance tenant satisfaction and asset value.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Engineering, or related field with minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Leasing, and Building Operations. • Proven experience managing Grade A commercial towers, office buildings, business centers, or mixed-use developments. • Strong knowledge of DIFC regulations, Free Zone operations, and commercial property compliance with experience in handling leasing, tenant management, facilities management, and contractor performance. • Strong financial management experience including budgeting, procurement, contracts, and service charges.
