• Assist the chef with daily food preparation, including washing, cutting, peeling ingredients, cleaning tableware and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, storage room and waste disposal area regularly.
• Sort and store raw materials properly to keep ingredients fresh, check shelf life of food regularly.
• Help prepare meals for all on-site staff, distribute dishes and clean up after meals.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly, complete other kitchen-related tasks assigned by the chef.
• Medical check report: including AIDS (HIV), hepatitis B (Hep B), hepatitis C (Hep C), syphilis and tuberculosis (chest X-ray)
• Prior working experience as kitchen helper or canteen assistant is preferred.
• Hard-working, neat and hygienic, able to stand long hours during working shifts.
• Good team work awareness, responsible and reliable.
• Must live on-site as required by the company.
• Basic communication skills to cooperate with kitchen team
