The Logistics Coordinator shall proactively oversee and streamline the Company’s daily logistics operations. This role requires not only strong coordination and problem-solving skills, but also the ability to lead, motivate, and guide the Logistics Team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and reporting skills, a solid background in logistics or supply chain operations, and a demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Proper coordination for the customer’s order and handling of concerns, queries or questions related to the shipments. - Coordination and handling of the approval of all shipping terms. - Create and maintain accurate monitoring of all shipments for proper process of clearance. - Lead and supervise the logistics team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. - Ensure effective communication with other departments to have a smooth flow of transaction. - Coordinate accurately and in timely manner for the delivery of all shipments. - Responsible in arranging various modes of shipments and ensure clearing of the goods within the required timeline. - Collaborate with the forwarders or shipping agents to provide and establish updated and accurate documents. - Collaborate and build rapport with the forwarders or shipping agents to maintain the documents/records accurately. - Responsible to have a well-constructed and clear communication within the department to secure the confidentiality of all information. - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

- BSc/BA in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accountancy or relevant field. - Proven experience as logistics coordinator is an advantage, preferably minimum of 5 years. - Excellent communication, reporting, and negotiation skills. - Excellent coordination skills, with team and with external parties. - Strong leadership and team management skills – able to lead by example and foster a productive team environment. - Great accuracy and absolutely detail oriented - Experience in customer service and relations with third parties. - Knowledge in ERP software (preferable SAP B1). - Excellent Office suite skills, especially Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Hlookup, Pivot tables, conditional functions, etc). - Knowledge of Incoterms, customs and international regulations. - Knowledge on Dangerous Goods Regulations is an advantage but not required.
