Candidate Requirements The successful candidate will possess: • A Bachelor's Degree in Education or a relevant subject, together with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent). • A Master's Degree in Educational Leadership (desired but not essential). • A minimum of 5 years' successful Secondary teaching experience within the British Curriculum. • At least 3–5 years' senior leadership experience as Deputy Head, Assistant Head, Head of Department, or equivalent. • A proven track record of improving teaching, learning, and student outcomes. • Experience working in a British international school, preferably within the GCC. • Outstanding leadership, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. • A collaborative, professional, and student-centred leadership style. • The ability to inspire staff while creating a positive and inclusive learning culture. • Please note: This position is open to female candidates only, in accordance with the operational requirements of a girls' school
