Role Description The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, managers, and employees, supporting the alignment of people strategies with organizational objectives and business priorities. Responsibilities include supporting workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives. The HR Business Partner works closely with managers and leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, workplace policies, performance matters, team effectiveness, organizational structure, and people-related decisions. The role partners with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to implement people programs, improve employee experiences, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support business transformation. It also uses workforce data, employee insights, and organizational trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide practical recommendations that support informed business decisions. The HR Business Partner builds strong relationships across different levels of the organization and promotes effective communication, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of human resources principles, employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and performance management. Excellent communication, consultation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong understanding of workforce planning, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational change. Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to interpret workforce data and provide clear, practical, and business-focused recommendations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
