Job Details

  • Oversee daily garage operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while minimizing downtime.
  • Manage and schedule repair and maintenance tasks, prioritizing urgent issues to enhance vehicle safety and performance.
  • Lead a team of mechanics and technicians, providing training and support to foster skill development and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs, services, and inventory to facilitate effective tracking and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in automotive technology or management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • ASE certification or equivalent is strongly preferred to demonstrate technical proficiency and commitment to the industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively, showcasing strong organizational skills.
