Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in automotive technology or management is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair or maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- ASE certification or equivalent is strongly preferred to demonstrate technical proficiency and commitment to the industry.
