-تطوير تقديرات المواد الدقيقة (MTOs) وقوائم القطع للإنتاج والتوريد.
-إنتاج رسومات تفصيلية للجدران الستارية، والأبواب، والنوافذ، والإضاءة السماوية، والتغليف، والفتحات الهوائية، وأنظمة الألمنيوم الأخرى.
-مراجعة الرسومات المعمارية والهيكلية، ومواصفات المشروع، ومتطلبات العميل.
-التنسيق مع مهندسي المشروع، والإنتاج، والتوريد، والفرق الميدانية لحل القضايا التصميمية والفنية.
-تعديل الرسومات بناءً على ملاحظات المستشار، وظروف الموقع، والمتطلبات العميل.
-التأكد من توافق جميع الرسومات مع مواصفات المشروع، والمعايير التطبيقية، وإجراءات الشركة.
-دعم فريق الإنتاج من خلال توفير التوضيحات الفنية وتفاصيل التصنيع.
- الحد الأدنى 3 سنوات خبرة في الإمارات في أعمال الواجهات، والألمنيوم، والزجاج.
- الكفاءة في AutoCAD وتفاصيل الواجهات.
- القدرة على إعداد رسومات ورشة، ورسومات تصنيع، وتقديرات المواد.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الألمنيوم، والجدران الستارية، والأبواب، والنوافذ، والتغليف.
- الإلمام بمواصفات المشروع والتنسيق الميداني
-Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings for aluminium façade systems.
-Develop accurate material take-offs (MTOs) and cutting lists for production and procurement.
-Produce detailed drawings for curtain walls, doors, windows, skylights, cladding, louvers, and other aluminium systems.
-Review architectural and structural drawings, project specifications, and client requirements.
-Coordinate with project engineers, production, procurement, and site teams to resolve design and technical issues.
-Revise drawings based on consultant comments, site conditions, and client requirements.
-Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable standards, and company procedures.
-Support the production team by providing technical clarifications and fabrication details.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in facade, aluminium, and glass works.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and facade detailing.
- Ability to prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material take-offs.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, curtain walls, doors, windows, and cladding.
- Familiarity with project specifications and site coordination
