Role Description The Leasing Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Leasing Consultant will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, including property tours, explaining lease terms, and assisting with applications and move-in procedures. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining up-to-date listings, preparing and managing lease documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth resident experience. The role also involves supporting resident retention efforts by addressing concerns promptly, providing high-quality customer service, and contributing to community engagement activities. The Leasing Consultant will be expected to meet leasing targets, maintain accurate records, and represent McCone Properties professionally in all interactions. Qualifications Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration, with the ability to explain terms clearly and accurately. Experience in resident retention, including building positive relationships and addressing resident needs proactively. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and client-focused approach. Previous experience in real estate leasing or property management is highly beneficial. Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations is an advantage. Proficiency in basic office software and CRM or property management systems. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus.
