Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role based in Dubai. The Life Insurance Agent will identify and engage prospective clients, conduct needs-based assessments, and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions from Orient’s product portfolio. Daily responsibilities include explaining policy features, benefits, and terms, preparing proposals, and guiding clients through the application and underwriting process. The role also involves maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, handling inquiries and policy updates, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. The Life Insurance Agent will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely policy issuance, and achievement of individual and team sales targets. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Insurance products and principles, especially life insurance, and the ability to explain policies clearly to clients. Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to interpret financial needs, premiums, and policy values, and provide suitable recommendations. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Relevant experience in life insurance or financial services, preferably within the UAE or GCC market. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage a client portfolio, and handle multiple cases with attention to detail and compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred; professional insurance certifications are a plus.
