• Key deliverables include establishing and maintaining the Golden Source Repository, delivering a fully approved bilingual Islamic GTB documentation set, and ensuring all updated documents are published across internal and external platforms. The position also oversees the controlled repapering of Islamic clients, completion of priority repapering with a comprehensive DSP closure report, and the rollout of a sustainable BAU documentation governance model.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Technical & Functional Skills

  • GTB Expertise: Strong operational or product understanding of Global Transaction Banking structures (Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Digital Channels).

  • Experience with Islamic banking documentation and Sharia‑compliant structures

  • Expertise in documentation governance, version control, and lifecycle management

  • Familiarity with legal terminology and contract structures

  • Ability to manage bilingual (English/Arabic) documentation with precision

  Soft Skills

  • Exceptional coordination and stakeholder management

  • Strong analytical and organisational capabilities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Experience

  • 7–10 years in GTB, Legal, Product Management, or Documentation Control

  • Prior experience in Islamic banking documentation strongly preferred

  • Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams (Legal, Sharia, Product, Ops, Marketing)
