- Greet and welcome golfers, providing a warm and professional first impression of the club.
- Manage tee time bookings and walk-in registrations accurately, ensuring efficient flow of play.
- Assist with the operation of the golf shop, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales.
- Prepare and maintain the driving range, ensuring balls are clean, stocked, and the area is presentable.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or golf-related coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the golf or hospitality industry.
- Basic understanding of golf etiquette and operations to effectively assist players.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
