Role Overview

The Design Manager owns the execution and delivery of design work, ensuring that the Creative Director’s vision is consistently translated into clear, actionable, and high-quality outputs across all projects.

The role focuses on design execution quality, workflow coordination, delivery discipline, and team alignment, ensuring smooth progression of projects from concept to submission.

This role does not own creative direction, final design approvals, or commercial decisions, but ensures their structured execution through coordination, tracking, and delivery management.

To ensure design work is executed, coordinated, and delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with approved creative direction, while maintaining strong team coordination, workflow efficiency, and delivery quality across projects.

Design Execution

Translate Creative Director’s vision into briefs, tasks, and deliverables. Ensure all outputs align with approved creative direction. Oversee execution across all project stages. Maintain consistency and accuracy across design deliverables. Prepare work for Creative Director review and approval

Team Leadership & Management

Lead and manage design teams across multiple projects. Assign and balance workloads based on priorities. Monitor delivery performance and accountability Provide structured feedback focused on execution and efficiency. Support team development in alignment with Creative Director

Workflow & Delivery Management

Manage timelines and ensure milestone adherence. Track progress and identify delivery risks proactively. Maintain structured workflows from concept to submission. Ensure discipline in reviews, revisions, and submissions. Drive workflow and process improvements

Flag variation risks arising from scope or design changes

Design Coordination & Client Interface

Act as coordination lead for day-to-day project updates. Manage communication between design team and Creative Director.  Interpret and ensure implementation of client feedback Coordinate submission timelines with Studio Director .Align delivery outputs with client expectations
