- Conduct thorough value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
- Manage and track all project costs, including variations, subcontractors, and materials, to maintain budget control.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely monthly payment applications and invoices to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential.
Possess relevant professional certifications like MRICS or equivalent is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in MEP quantity surveying within the construction industry, specifically.
