Job Details

  1. Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure work matches approved shop drawings, material samples, and quality standards.

  2. Conduct regular site inspections, enforce snag-free delivery practices, and resolve technical challenges as they arise.

  3. Oversee site safety practices (HSE compliance) and enforce site rules for all personnel and sub-contractors.

  4. Allocate manpower (technicians, foremen, subcontractors) effectively across project zones to meet target deadlines.

  5. Track raw materials, specialized finishes, and equipment on site to prevent shortages or work stoppages.

  6. Monitor resource utilization to minimize material waste and stay within the baseline operational budget.

  7. Lead technical progress meetings and walk-throughs with clients, architects, project managers, and consultants.

  8. Prepare clear daily/weekly site progress reports highlighting achievements, delays, and mitigation steps.

  9. Guide, motivate, and direct sub-contractors and direct labour crews to maintain momentum on tight production cycles.

  10. Ensure clear handoffs between various MEP and civil/finishing works.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Valid Driving License (Mandatory) — required for traveling between operational job sites, client meetings, and suppliers.

  2. Excellent verbal and written English skills. Ability to communicate confidently with corporate clients and clearly with site labor.

  3. Strong leadership, problem-solving mindset, and high adaptability to fast-paced construction schedules.

  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site tracking tools. Ability to read complex shop drawings and MEP layouts.
