Identify root causes of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

1. Repair and Overhaul

Repair or replace faulty compressors, alternators, controllers, sensors, and wiring.

Overhaul diesel engines used in reefer units.

Repair refrigeration circuits, evaporators, condensers, and cooling systems.

Carry out welding and fabrication work when required.

1. Electrical and Electronic Systems

Test batteries, charging systems, relays, and electronic controllers.

Diagnose CAN bus communication faults and microprocessor control systems.

Install and calibrate temperature sensors and data loggers.

1. Refrigeration System Work

Recover, recharge, and handle refrigerants according to safety regulations.

Perform pressure testing and vacuuming of refrigeration systems.

Ensure units maintain required temperatures for frozen and chilled cargo.

1. Emergency Breakdown Support

Attend roadside breakdowns and emergency service calls.

Provide quick fault diagnosis and repair to minimize vehicle downtime.

Use PPE and handle refrigerants safely.
