NEW restaurant opening - An exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant CDPs with Dubai experience to join this established hospitality group currently expanding into the Middle East.
The ideal Senior CDPs will have a background in fine dining or high-end restaurants, with proven expertise in Italian cuisine.
We have positions available in Primi, Cold & Grill sections.
Requirements:
- Currently based in the Middle East, ideally the UAE with previous experience in the region
- Proven experience as a senior chef in fine dining or luxury restaurant environments
- Expertise in Italian cuisine is essential
- Strong leadership, creativity, & kitchen management skills
- A keen mentor with an exceptional eye for detail
- Experience in new restaurant openings beneficial
Salary Package: AED 5 600 – 7000 all-inclusive dependent upon experience
