About the role
The Employee Dining Commis I assists the Chefs in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and helps maintain a high standard & quality of food preparation.
What you will do
Main Duties/Description:
1. Prepare food items in accordance with standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs, and given instructions.
2. Assist the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie/Commis I in developing standard recipes and ensure strict compliance with them.
3. Participate in product development and support the smooth, efficient operation of the kitchen.
4. Apply sound knowledge of cuisines and food service sanitation to perform duties efficiently and productively.
5. Maintain complete knowledge and adherence to Four Seasons Food Standards.
6. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude at all times.
7. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Chef.
What you bring
• A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of kitchen operations
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

يساعد موظف قاعة الطعام في تنفيذ عمليات المطبخ اليومية ويساهم في الحفاظ على معيار وجودة إعداد الطعام.
ما ستقوم به
المهام الرئيسية/الوصف:
1. تجهيز المواد الغذائية وفق الإجراءات القياسية وبطاقات الوصفات والصور والتعليمات المعطاة.
2. مساعدة الشيف دي بارتي/ديمي شيف دي بارتي/كوميس I في تطوير الوصفات القياسية والتأكد من الامتثال الصارم لها.
3. المشاركة في تطوير المنتج ودعم تشغيل المطبخ بسلاسة وكفاءة.
4. تطبيق معرفة سليمة بمطابخ وأنظمة صحة الغذاء لأداء المهام بكفاءة وإنتاجية.
5. الحفاظ على معرفة كاملة والالتزام بمعايير الغذاء في فور سيزونز.
6. إظهار الاحترافية، وروح الفريق، والت attitude إيجابية في جميع الأوقات.
7. أداء مهام أخرى أو مشاريع كما يكلف بها الشيف التنفيذي، الشيف دي كيوزين، أو الشيف الضابط.
