As the Data Analytics Director, you will lead the analytics function supporting a key revenue-generating derivatives business. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on analytical expertise, managing a high-performing team while partnering closely with trading, product, marketing, and business stakeholders. Your focus will be on transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance, improve customer outcomes, and support critical decision-making across the organization. Discover the Requirements 
* Proven experience leading Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science teams within financial services, trading, fintech, or cryptocurrency environments.
* Strong understanding of derivatives, futures, trading products, market structure, and financial markets.
* Advanced hands-on expertise with SQL and Python for large-scale data analysis and reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing analytics teams.
* Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to influence strategy through data-driven insights.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
* Experience designing KPIs, performance frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models to support business growth.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving market dynamics.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
* Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
