Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales
Explain website design packages and UK/US company registration services clearly
Handle customer objections and guide clients toward the next step or payment
Support social media marketing and promotional activities
Coordinate customer requirements with the internal team
Maintain accurate customer, follow-up, and sales records
Build professional and long-term customer relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
Strong English communication skills
Confident in speaking with customers and handling follow-ups
Good knowledge of social media platforms
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
Must have a laptop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet work-from-home setup
Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented
Own visa or spouse visa preferred
UAE experience will be an added advantage
