• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models in Autodesk Revit for MEP modular systems,

including modular racks, riser modules, corridor modules, and plant skids.

• Produce fabrication-ready deliverables, including module layouts, spool drawings, assembly

drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

• Coordinate HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Protection services, performing clash

detection and model coordination using Autodesk Navisworks Manage.

• Carry out basic structural analysis of modular frames, support systems, hangers, lifting lugs,

and other load-bearing components using STAAD. Pro or Autodesk Robot Structural

Analysis.

• Incorporate structural analysis outcomes into BIM models to ensure structural integrity

during lifting, transportation, and installation.

• Support Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) processes by developing efficient,

fabrication-friendly modular designs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design coordination issues and ensure

compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Autodesk Navisworks Manage.

• Working knowledge of STAAD. Pro or Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis.

• Experience in MEP modular construction, off-site prefabrication, or DFMA projects.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand structural load paths and support

systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline
