Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and advise clients on suitable luxury and off-plan properties across key communities in Dubai. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, preparing property listings, negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the complete sales and leasing process. The role also involves staying current with Dubai real estate regulations, RERA requirements, and market developments to provide informed recommendations. The agent will collaborate closely with the brokerage team to deliver a high-quality, transparent, and client-focused experience.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including familiarity with luxury and off-plan markets. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions. Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English (Hindi or other languages is a plus), strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools. Prior experience in Dubai’s real estate market and familiarity with communities such as Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek Harbour is highly advantageous. Having a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of RERA regulations is a plus, but not mandatory.
