About the Role:HPG Auto Repair is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and commercially minded Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in Dubai. As the primary liaison between our clients and the technical workshop staff, you will go beyond daily service intake—playing a active role in building customized vehicle maintenance packages, converting diagnostic reports into transparent repair orders, and driving revenue through package sales. Key Responsibilities:Service Package Creation & Sales: Design tailored car maintenance contracts and service packages (Minor/Major service bundles, preventive care plans), coordinate with management for approval, and proactively sell them to existing and prospective clients. Customer Relations & Intake: Act as the first point of contact—welcoming clients, actively listening to vehicle symptoms, registering job cards, and scheduling workshop flow. Estimation & Supplier Coordination: Source parts availability/pricing to draft accurate, transparent repair estimates and long-term service agreements for management approval. Workshop & Technical Liaison: Work hand-in-hand with the Floor In-Charge and technicians to monitor repair progress, ensure accurate diagnostics, and enforce strict on-time vehicle delivery. Customer Communication & Upselling: Educate owners on vehicle health, explain diagnostic findings, and upsell necessary mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance packages ethically. Logistics & Retention: Oversee vehicle drop-offs, testing, and deliveries while cultivating long-term customer relationships to maximize repeat visits and referrals.
Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a Service Advisor in a multi-brand auto repair garage within the UAE market. Package Design & Sales: Demonstrated track record in drafting, structuring, and successfully pitching car maintenance service packages and repair contracts. Technical & Sales Aptitude: Excellent understanding of multi-brand mechanical/electrical repair scopes, paired with strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering (Preferred). Licensing: Valid UAE Driver’s License is highly preferred.
