We're Hiring | Senior Estimator – Interior Fit-Out & MEPLocation: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 per month (based on experience) USBC Interiors is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in interior fit-out estimation and MEP estimation, and can confidently manage project costing from tender to submission, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and MEP projects. Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost breakdowns. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams during the tender process. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and compliance. Prepare tender submissions within deadlines. Maintain updated pricing databases and market rates.
Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Estimation and MEP Estimation. Strong knowledge of UAE construction and fit-out market rates. Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Experience in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and tender documentation. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
