- Develop and implement comprehensive site-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) plans, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
- Lead and manage the site QAQC team, providing clear direction, training, and performance evaluation to foster a culture of quality excellence.
- Oversee all inspection and testing activities, verifying compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout construction.
- Establish and maintain robust documentation systems for all QAQC records, including inspection reports, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field.
10 years in industrial civil and building, oil & Gas GCC construction field Industrial, Petrochemical, onshore and offshore, power, water Desalination.
Proven track record in implementing and managing ISO 9001 quality management systems on large-scale projects.
Possession of relevant professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent is highly desirable.
Note: Degree in the respective disciplines and previous approvals from ADNOC will be an added advantage.
