• Conduct rigorous inspections of construction activities and materials to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards, proactively identifying and resolving non-conformances.

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures, tailored to the specific project requirements, encompassing all phases of construction from inception to completion.

• Manage and maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and corrective actions, using digital platforms and reporting tools.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues promptly, providing technical guidance and solutions to prevent recurrence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 10 years in industrial civil and building, oil & Gas GCC construction field - Industrial, Petrochemical, onshore and offshore, power, water Desalination.

• Displays proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents, enabling accurate assessments.

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling the identification and resolution of quality-related issues.

• Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

Note: Degree in the respective disciplines and previous approvals from ADNOC will be an added advantage.
