We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Fresh Graduate to join our team as an Estimation & Proposal Engineer – Mechanical. This entry-level role is designed for a young professional eager to develop a career in the technical-commercial sector of the Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial engineering domain within the UAE. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers to analyze tender documents, perform material take-offs, and assist in compiling accurate technical and financial proposals.
Assist in reviewing client tender packages, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to understand project scopes.
Perform accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO) from mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Excel.
Coordinate with sub-vendors to float inquiries, collect quotes, and prepare baseline technical price comparisons.
Support senior estimation engineers in calculating direct costs for labor, equipment, and mechanical materials.
Help compile technical literature, compliance statements, and commercial bid documents for final submission.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fresh Graduate / Entry-level).
Nationality & Language: Arab National with native-level Arabic and business-level English fluency (written and spoken).
Location: Currently residing in the UAE with a valid, transferable, or family-sponsored visa.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel for costing models and basic AutoCAD operations.
Soft Skills: Strong numerical aptitude, structural thinking, and high attention to detail.
