• Oversee the installation, calibration, and testing of all instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules for instrumentation scope, coordinating with other disciplines and stakeholders to mitigate delays.
• Lead and mentor a team of instrumentation technicians and supervisors, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control procedures throughout all instrumentation construction activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction management, specifically focused on instrumentation and control systems.

• Proven experience in supervising large-scale industrial or process plant construction projects.

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.

  ✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

  ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

  ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
