1. Responsible for controlling the flow of materials received from clients and Company Suppliers and deliver to the construction team according to Company policies and procedures.

2. Receive, inspect and store materials and deliver to applicable personnel on the project according to the project schedule and co-ordinate with Quality Control and Procurement Departments.

3. Ensure the availability of a minimum stock of regular materials.

4. Ensure the consistent supply of materials to the construction.

5. Ensure the inventory is held at minimum levels to reduce storage costs.

6. Responsible for receiving stocks repeated material as per norms.
