• Oversee the entire subcontract lifecycle from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Review, draft, and negotiate subcontract agreements, terms, and conditions to protect company interests.
• Manage and track subcontract progress, deliverables, and payments, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of subcontractors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract coordination or contract engineering, preferably in the oil & gas or construction industry.

• Proficiency in contract management software and standard office productivity tools.

• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and project management principles.

  ✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

  ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

  ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable

  ✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners

  ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
