Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles, construction methodologies, and infrastructure development practices. Knowledge of engineering design standards, building codes, technical specifications, and regulatory compliance requirements. Familiarity with structural systems, foundations, reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, drainage systems, roads, utilities, and civil infrastructure projects. Proficiency in engineering software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD. Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or equivalent engineering applications. Understanding of site supervision practices, construction management principles, and engineering documentation requirements. Knowledge of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), construction inspection procedures, and material compliance standards. Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM), project management tools, document control systems, or engineering collaboration platforms is advantageous.
