Lead Interior Designer Business Bay, Dubai | Full-Time | In-Office SKAMLI is looking for an exceptional Lead Interior Designer to lead the creative direction of our luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. This is more than a senior designer role. We're looking for someone who can create original concepts, transform them into presentation-quality 3D visualizations, and lead projects from concept through execution while maintaining the highest creative and technical standards. Responsibilities Lead interior design projects from concept through completion. Create original design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and presentation-quality 3D visualizations. A dedicated 3D Visualizer will support the team during periods of peak project workload. Develop material palettes, FF&E selections, and compelling client presentations. Review and coordinate technical drawings to ensure the design intent is maintained throughout the project. Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and our in-house factory. Lead client presentations, mentor junior designers, and uphold SKAMLI's design standards. Travel when required for client meetings, supplier visits, site inspections, and project presentations. Requirements Minimum 10 years of professional experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or high-end interior design. Bachelors degree in architecture is mandatory. Proven ability to create original concepts and produce presentation-quality 3D visualizations. Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, visualization, and completed projects. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Advanced proficiency in Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and professional 3D visualization software (3ds Max, Corona Renderer, V-Ray, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of materials, FF&E, detailing, construction documentation, and site coordination. Working knowledge of AI tools for concept generation, visualization, rendering, and workflow optimization. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Willingness to travel as required. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: AED 12,000–17,000 per month, depending on experience, portfolio quality, and performance in the project assessment. Performance-based commission and incentive opportunities.
